We have created a comprehensive self-catering package to allow you to be the master chef of your party without the hassle that generally comes with catering a party. All of our smoked meats come pre-cooked using our wood-smoked process, so they only need to be reheated which takes up to one hour. We can supply a complete end-to-end package for you to cater any event from a large party, to a home BBQ and everything in between. Orders can be paid for via PayPal or credit card. Keep in mind, we require a minimum 24 hours to prepare your order due to the cooking/smoking time our product requires.

12 Hour Smoked Pulled Pork

Our pulled pork is ‘pork collar’ that has been smoked in our traditional wood burning smoker until it ‘pulls apart tender’. We supply the pork in a foil tray, sealed tight to keep fresh, so you can simply cover it in foil and pop it in the oven to reheat. Pulled pork is very popular to use for sliders or full-size burgers, just add slaw and ‘That BBQ Sauce’.

WOOD SMOKED CHICKEN

Our Nichols ethical free range chicken is straight from Tasmania. We brine it before smoking in our traditional wood burning smoker until it ‘pulls apart. We supply the chicken in a foil tray, sealed tight to keep fresh, so you can simply cover it in foil and pop it in the oven to reheat. This is fantastic to use in burgers or sliders. Try pairing it with some double smoked bacon, chipotle mayo and ‘That BBQ Sauce’. Slaw is also a great addition to the burger.

12 Hour Smoked Cape Grim Beef Brisket

Our Cape Grim grass-fed beef brisket has been smoked for 12 hours in our traditional wood burning smoker, and is our most popular product. Once smoked, we chill it down and it can be supplied either sliced or whole. You simply need to reheat the brisket in your oven, BBQ, smoker or on a grill and bring it to serving temperature. 

We supply the brisket in a foil tray, sealed tight to keep fresh, so you can simply cover it in foil and pop it in the oven to reheat. Try serving the brisket as your main protein with a side of potato and bacon salad, or make burgers by adding ‘That BBQ Sauce’, American sliced cheese, pickles and slaw for the ultimate brisket burger.

Smoked USA Pork Ribs

Our pork ribs are prepared using high quality pork and rubs, then smoked in our traditional wood burning smoker until they ‘fall off the bone tender’. You can either order whole racks, approx. 600 grams per rack, or order them pre-portioned. Pork ribs are the perfect starter, share plate or main meal, and can also be eaten standing up. ‘That BBQ Sauce’ is a must-have with pork ribs.

We use only 100% rump steak in our beef patties. Ground fresh daily, you will taste the difference in this high-quality patty. Absolutely no additives, just pure beef makes this patty gluten free, soy free, dairy free and preservative free. American Sliced Cheese

No burger is complete without the traditional Hi Melt American cheese slices. This product is designed to withstand the high temperatures of cooked meat, melting just at the right time to add that perfect creaminess to a burger. Each slice is approximately 22gm, and we recommend using 2 slices per full size burger or 1 slice folded in half for a slider.

USA Mayonnaise

Not your traditional egg salad sandwich style mayo, this is made from a base of rice bran oil with a subtle hint of lemon juice. Designed especially for burgers, USA Mayonnaise has a high melting point hence where it doesn’t turn to liquid when it comes into contact with cooked meat. Made in-house at our production facility at Tingalpa, ‘That BBQ Sauce’ provides the perfect balance of sweet, spice and heat. You can also use ‘That BBQ Sauce’ as a marinade due to its acid base of lemon juice. ‘That BBQ Sauce’ is also gluten free.
