welcome to the SCHOOL OF SMOKE

This is the place where you will learn all of the science and some of the secrets behind the perfect cook. Learn methods from the best from lighting your pit to selecting the perfect sides to serve at your BBQ table.

Each class includes the three hour tuition with plenty of time to ask questions and get hands on in the cooking process, some tasty food to hook into at the end and a couple of beverages to wash it down with. You will also receive your very own School of Smoke folio with your class recipes to start your collection. You can add to this collection at every School of Smoke class you attend.

first steps CLASS

This informative three hour class gives you the complete low down of cooking low n slow. Join the team for an afternoon of fun, laughs and refreshments washed down with a cleansing ale or two. Limited to 12 people per class so get in quick.

BEEF RIBS CLASS

In this class we cover selecting the perfect beef ribs, trimming and preparing, rub selection, pit lighting, temperature control and cooking methods, saucing and glazing, cutting and presentation and selecting the perfect sides. This class is 3 hours, refreshments and a cleansing ale will be provided.
